シャブリ村最大の特級畑を所有する名門蔵元。

所有する畑を80もの区画に細分化し、それぞれに収穫日と最適な醸造方法を決定、熟成まで個々に管理。醸造責任者はディディエ・セギエ氏が担う。

熟れたりんご、洋梨のコンポーネントのような香りに
果実感、キレのある酸は、鍛え抜かれたアスリートの様な、
研ぎ澄まされたフランスワインの象徴的な味わい！

Established in 1850, this prestigious winery has been producing the dry white wine Chablis in France.

Their vineyards are subdivided into 80 plots, each individually managed through harvesting, optimal vinification, and aging. Didier Séguier is the winemaker.

The aromas of ripe apple and pear, along with the fruity notes and crisp acidity, are characteristic of the refined French wine, reminiscent of a well-trained athlete!
