ナガノパープルのババロア
カモミールのブランマンジェ
ナガノパープルのジャム、ピューレ
チュッパチャップスの泡(グレープ味)
アールグレイのジェノワーズ

そろそろハロウィンだからということで
おばけ👻の型にしてみたところ
瞬間で終わってしまう可能性、、
全然ハロウィン🎃まで足りない、、

チュッパチャップスを泡にしてみたら
かなり味が残っていて、とても成功したと感じました。

ハロウィンはまだまだ先ですが、
季節を感じてもらえたら嬉しいです。

Dinner Dessert
A dessert featuring Nagano Purple grapes as the star ingredient
Nagano Purple Bavarian cream
Chamomile blancmange
Nagano Purple jam and purée
Chupa Chups foam (grape flavor)
Earl Grey génoise sponge

Since Halloween is just around the corner,
I tried shaping them like ghosts 👻...
But there's a chance they'll be gone in a flash—
They definitely won't last until Halloween 🎃...

Turning the Chupa Chups into foam
really preserved the flavor well;
I feel like it was a great success.

Halloween is still a little ways off,
but I hope this gives you a taste of the season.
