とうもろこし🌽は川越の#赤一商店 さんの美味しいとうもろこし🌽

シンプルではありますが、
王道ながらくどくない
焼きとうもろこしに醤油を塗って焼いたイメージで
作りました。

Corn Pudding and Soy Sauce Ice Cream

We use delicious corn 🌽 from #AkaichiShoten in Kawagoe.

It is a simple, classic flavor profile,
yet not overly rich or heavy.
We created it with the image of
grilled corn brushed with soy sauce in mind.
