鱈場蟹のクラブケーキ
アニスのクッキーを添えて
日向夏のアクセント

20年前に地元の方で食べたクラブケーキが衝撃的に美味しく、
これを自分なりに作ってみました。
今はもう閉店してしまっていますが、
チャンドラーズ　クラブハウスというお店です。

アニスのクッキーが蟹の形で、
ハサミにアニスのお花を持たせてます。
1番のこだわりです。

King Crab Cake
Served with Anise Cookies
With a Hyuganatsu Citrus Accent

Twenty years ago, I ate a crab cake at a local restaurant that was incredibly delicious,
and I tried to recreate it myself.
The restaurant is now closed,
but it was called Chandler's Clubhouse.

The anise cookies are shaped like crabs,
and they hold anise flowers in their claws.

That's my biggest point of pride.
