カーブ　ドッチは欧州ぶどう栽培研究所として1992年に設立されました。翌年に新潟県西蒲原郡巻町角田浜（当時）にワイン製造場を建設、ワイン事業を開始。のびやかに横たわる角田山に囲まれる広大なぶどう畑を所有してます。ワインは海外産のものを使用せず、全て自家栽培。

鮮やかなオレンジに、黄桃、あんずのような華やかな香りに、
ジューシーな果実味は、気がつけばボトルが空いてしまうほど、
爽やかな飲み心地！
日本の泡の新たな可能性を、教えてくれます。

Cave 'Doch was founded in 1992 as the European Viticultural Research Institute. The following year, the company built a winery in what was then Kakutahama, Maki Town, Nishikanbara District, Niigata Prefecture, and launched its wine business. The company owns a vast vineyard surrounded by the sweeping Mount Kakuta. None of the wine is imported; all grapes are grown in-house.

With vibrant orange, a gorgeous aroma of yellow peach and apricot,
the juicy fruitiness is so refreshing you'll find yourself emptying the bottle before you know it!
It shows us new possibilities for Japanese sparkling wine.
