We started making wine in Ajimu-cho, Oita Prefecture in 1971, and completed the current winery in 2021.
Ajimu, Oita Prefecture, has little temperature difference during the day and little precipitation, making it the perfect place for winemaking.
The golden drops, which are made by freezing Delaware grapes to -20°C and removing the moisture, have a honey and Darjeeling aroma and a refined fruitiness. For a sweet summer memory...
