A famous wine-producing region in the Cotes du Rhone in southern France, the fields are on steep slopes, so they drain well, and the Syrah's characteristic blackcurrant and blueberry aromas are accented with a hint of black pepper!

It has an elegant, well-rounded acidity, and is very well-balanced and pleasant to look at.

Mr. Combier, the 3rd generation maker, is particular about temperature control from harvesting to brewing, and creates the best wine from the most ripe grapes.
